The HX-33N includes a robust 2-meter steel roller support stand with multiple heavy-duty rollers. This ensures that long structural tubes, H-beams, and bars remain completely level during the cut, preventing material bowing and protecting the blade.

2. Rapid Swivel Frame for 45° Miters

The scissor frame assembly swivels easily on a graduated turntable scale up to 45° right. Because the head swivels instead of the vise clamping line, the operator doesn't need to rotate long stock profiles in the shop, saving valuable floor space.

3. Adjustable Downfeed & Mechanical Auto-Stop

Frame lowering speed is controlled via a needle-valve hydraulic cylinder. Upon reaching the bottom of the cut, a mechanical limit microswitch automatically triggers motor and pump shutoff, protecting the cut face and enhancing workspace safety.

4. Quick-Clamp Manual Vise

The quick-action vise is designed for fast material positioning. The jaw can be quickly moved against the stock manually, and locked with a quick-clamp lever, with optional hydraulic assist to speed up repetitive sawing runs.
